Children with autism, hard to treat with western medicine, parents suffer
If a child suffers from autism, the parents hurt the most, because they will have a lot of concerns, such as fear of his or her learning ability, social skills and self-reliance. To be suffering from autism, it is like suffering from a terminal disease. It is because with today’s western medicine, there is no way to treat or gauge the level of improvements of the condition. Parents can only reluctantly watch their children grow up abnormally, which is extremely painful. The patient of this case is a 5-year-old boy suffering from autism. His weight, height and appearance were normal. In the past few years, his parents have spent a lot of money on western medical treatment hoping for a cure but unfortunately in vain. When they came to me, it was like a ray of light in the darkness for them, they were holding a glimmer of hope for a cure. They hoped that with the application of my original theory of Chinese medicine to cure the brain, their son could be treated and return to normal development and improvement in personality and behavior.
Hyperactive and restless
I have been practicing medicine in Hong Kong for 17 years and have treated more than 100 autism cases since I came back from the States. All cases have achieved good results. This type of brain developmental disorder is mainly due to children taking too many antibiotics and inoculation of too many vaccines. As a result, a lot of residual virus and toxins are accumulated in the liver. At the end, the toxins are carried through the blood circulation system to the brain and stay in the brain, damaging the nervous system and causing a variety of symptoms of autism. Another main reason is blood stasis formed in the brain due to falls or impact on the head. Also, after a vaccination, if a child get a fever, it might lead to microvascular blasting and accumulation of blood stasis. In my treatment with traditional Chinese medicine, my formulae has the effect of dissolving blood stasis, removing the blockage and enhancing blood circulation. With good blood circulation, both the liver and heart will be strengthened and toxins in them and the brain, such as heavy metal and tartaric acid, will gradually be discharged through the urine. Based on my many years of experience, patients will significantly improve in all aspects of behavior. My little patient of this case attends an international school. He was diagnosed by western medicine with ADHD (Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder), a disorder within the ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). The first time he came to my clinic, he was restless, very active and very impatient. He liked playing video games, could speak English and Chinese, although his Cantonese pronunciation was very inaccurate and it was difficult to understand him. His English was more fluent, but like most autistic kids, he could not pronounce the “L” sound. This is due to blood stasis in the left brain speech area, impairing the control of tongue activity. At the same time his hearing was evidently impaired because he spoke very loudly. He was also rude and grumpy. The school required the company of a helper for him to attend class. I asked him to read out his Chinese last name, which has the “L” sound, but he read it with a totally different pronunciation. I also asked him to say the word “Lazy” in English. Since he could not pronounce the “L” sound, he was not able to say it properly.
A week after taking the medication, the patient’s urine sample was mostly dark brownish orange in color, indicating blood stasis being discharged from the heart and brain. In a few bottles of urine sample, there was red color, similar to blood stains, indicating dead cells being discharged from the heart. I asked him to try to read out his Chinese last name and this time he pronounced it properly. He also pronounced the word “Lazy” in English correctly. I then asked him to say a few words with the “L” sound and he could pronounce those words accurately. I believed that he had better control of his tongue and it was functioning properly. Even their helper said that the little master became fluent in speaking. The patient’s mother was ecstatic.
Children with ADHD are generally very active. This patient was no exception. He could not stop moving when he was at the clinic, he was constantly jumping around. However, he had steadied down at this follow-up visit. He was sitting with his head down, concentrating on his tablet PC. When I asked him questions, he would respond and reply quickly. I asked him if things around seemed brighter to him, he said yes immediately. I also asked him if he saw any difference in my complexion, he said last time my face was brown, but this time was white. This indicated that the brightness of his visual objects has increased.
I also observed that he spoke more than the last time and the sentence structure was coherent. Because his pronunciation was accurate, I could easily understand what he said. His mother said that his sleep pattern has improved. He could fall asleep faster than before and could sleep much deeper. When talking with people, he began to have eye contact. Another change with him was that he had more feelings, such as missing someone, not wanting to send the cat back to friends, etc. This had never happened with him before.
Heart blood stasis discharged, speech fluent
Only after two treatments, patient has shown significant improvement. In the third follow-up visit, he could speak in complete sentences, unlike before the treatment when he could only say fragmented sentences and was intermittent. Recently, he had more interactions with other children and could remember their names. Before the treatment, he was unable to do that. From the observation of his urine sample, I could see that blood stasis was continually being discharged from the heart, which could be inferred that his heart used to be weak, as a result, blood could not reach the brain, causing his disease.
Patient’s mother told me that her son’s social skills had significantly improved. She said one time when he was playing with a friend, the friend insisted on wanting his toy, he immediately let him have it. This had never happened before. She also said that the school’s teacher told her that his concentration has improved. In the fifth follow-up visit, the patient had a slight fever. I told the mother that it was probably a syndrome called the Pseudo-fever syndrome, which occurred when the brain was discharging toxins, a name I created, which is similar to western medicine’s “Herxheimer Syndrome”. I told her not to worry too much and not to take western medicine, her son would recover in a few days. Pseudo-fever syndrome is a phenomenon that will appear in the process of treating autism. When I measured the height of the patient during his visit, he had grown nearly half an inch in only a few weeks. This was due to good sleep quality and more blood going to the brain, resulting in the increase of growth hormone.
The patient’s ability to express himself has also improved significantly. Due to improved clarity when he spoke, he could be easily understood, hence improved communication with other people. In the follow-up visit, he saw on my desk a pair of pliers and asked me what the purpose of them was and asked me to explain to him. This showed his ability to ask questions and that his curiosity was strong. I asked him how many good friends he had in school, he told me, without hesitation, 12 and his best friend was Mark.
Learning progresses, reads spontaneously
One night, patient’s mother was out to dinner with some friends. He was getting impatient waiting at home so he called and asked when his mom was coming back. That was the first time him being concerned about his family. When he woke up in the middle of the night, again, he asked the helper whether his mom was back home. His mother had talked with his Chinese teacher, the teacher said her son was less restless and was able to pay more attention to the teacher. His learning had progressed and was willing to read. He was even willing to learn in the Chinese class, a subject he did not like before.
There was a good phenomenon. In addition to blood stasis from the heart and brain continuously being discharged, in the urine samples, we could also see a lot of tartaric acid crystals, which indicated that the brain continued discharging toxins. These tartaric acid will erode the myelin sheath of the nerve axis. As a result, the nerve axis is being exposed in the neural network, causing most of the signal transmission to rebound, which is a reason for patient’s restlessness. Another breakthrough the patient had was that he was able to play a whole song with a single tone on the piano after hearing his sister play. Before the treatment, he would only bang the piano keys. His parents were surprised. One time at my clinic, while I was preparing the equipment to record a video of him after I had reviewed him, he and his mother talked for a while. He spoke normally, coherently, was able to clearly express his views, often asked questions, and even refuted, indicating he was having his own thinking.
During the twelfth follow-up visit, patient’s urine sample was mostly light orange or light yellow. In each bottle there was a lot of transparent crystals and brownish uric acid crystals, indicating a lot of tartrate toxins being discharged from the brain and uric acid crystals being discharged from the kidney. For children with autism, initially progression was difficult to express. My diagnosis method is to rely on the observation of urine color changes.
Change of character, changed to excellent
Because the patient has been paid more attention and love by the parents, he was spoiled and arrogant, impolite to other people, spoke with sarcasm and did not respect others. As he gradually recovered and began to have his own thinking, he should be given more guidance and teaching, otherwise his temper would be worse and it would be difficult for him to get along with others, hindering the development of his personality. I advised his mother to be strict with him. Sometimes he would not listen to the mother, but when I raised my voice at him, he would listen and do accordingly. This showed that he understood who he could bully and who he better not messed with. For example, I told him not to bring the tablet PC into the consultation room. He was very obedient, he gave his tablet PC to his mother before entering the consultation room, showing that appropriate teaching was useful. Recently his mother found that her son was more sympathetic and caring. His personality has improved, which also indicated that the right brain began to improve.
The patient used to have bed-wetting problem, indicating weak renal function. After the treatment, the condition has improved. He would use the toilet after he woke up in the morning, indicating that his renal function has gradually strengthened after a lot of urate crystals has been discharged from the kidney. Kidney stone, which is originally calcium oxalate synthesis, is the reason for the blockage of the glomerular filtration of the blood. The medication has dissolved the kidney stone, which was subsequently being discharged with the urine. The removal of uric acid crystals or kidney stone has improved the renal function. His mother said that the school has specifically done a study and investigation on him. They confirmed that he has improved in all aspects. Such as when playing with other students, he would speak out his own weaknesses and mistakes in front of them. His class teacher also said that he learned well and he was willing to listen to other views. During interactive training, before, he would lose his temper when he was not able to perform an action, however, now he would stay calm. Later on, as his condition continued to progress well, he did not need to attend a special training class on concentration arranged by the school. The child has been treated for a year, there was significant improvement in all aspects, although has not reached the best state, but could stop the treatment. However, there was still room for improvement in the nervous system. After his mother gave it some thought, she decided that her son should continue with the treatment.
I measured the height of the patient and found that he had grown three inches. He was also more observant. One time he noticed that the page on my calendar has not been updated and pointed it out to me. This showed that he was paying more attention to things around him. The child was treated from October 12, 2013 until May 30, 2015, and a total of 62 treatments. After about a year and a half of treatment, the effect was significant. There was no more apparent symptoms of autism in him. For autism, due to brain accumulation of blood stasis and many toxins, it is a complex brain development disorder and it takes at least a year or more to treat. The longest case was as long as seven years, but the result was excellent. The patient has entered an American University with scholarship.
